Small Business Week 2026 to be held in August with digital capability in the spotlight
Small Business Week returns to South Australia in August with a particular focus on AI, digital capability and building resilience.
Running from 17-21 August, the annual event includes the Small Business Expo, workshops and networking opportunities across metro and regional South Australia.
For those that can’t make in-person sessions, a suite of digital resources will be available.
Other issues to be explored at events throughout the week include succession planning, business continuity and sustainability.
Small Business Week is delivered by the Office for Small and Family Business in partnership with the Small Business Commission SA, the Industry Advocate and Consumer and Business Services.
The event is a key action under South Australia’s Small Business Strategy 2023-2030, which is helping small and family businesses access support, capability-building programs and connections they need to start, run and grow.
The Office for Small and Family Business was established in 2022 to support businesses to start, grow and succeed, and to connect businesses to the array of government services.
It offers a wide range of small business tools and resources, including tips on starting a business, accessing export markets, handling cyber security, employing staff, and business and marketing plan templates.
The full Small Business Week 2026 program will be released soon and will be available at business.sa.gov.au
