On Wednesday 6 August I hosted a Community Drop-In Session with representatives from the Department for Infrastructure and Transport and the City of Mitcham to discuss the Edwardstown Primary School crossing on Edward Street.

This also provided the Department with an opportunity to see first-hand the concerns that many members of the school community have been raising with me.

Thank you to everyone who braved this cold and wet winters morning to drop by and have their say. Following the meeting, the Department has been working with Council to improve the school zone speed limit signage.
