At the 2022 State Election, I committed funding towards revitalising reserves in St Marys.
Following my election, this funding was provided to the City of Mitcham and community consultations were held on what the upgrades would look like and what reserves would be included.
Your feedback through this process, and what you told me before the election, helped shape how these community spaces could be improved. Upgrades have been made at Thurles Street Reserve, Donald Street Reserve and St Marys Street Reserve and include new playgrounds, shelters, picnic settings, BBQs, drinking fountains, a shade sail and more!
With the weather now getting warmer, I wanted to invite you to a free community BBQ to celebrate our work together.
